The Free Geek Community Technology Center is pleased to submit this
letter of support of Try/on Life Community Farm's proposal to acquire
the 6.9 acre property at 11640 SW Boones Ferry Rd. and preserve it in
perpetuity for affordable housing, farming, natural ecosystems,
experiential education, and sustainable urban living.

Free Geek is an community-based non-profit organization dedicated to
helping others through our computer reuse and recycling efforts. Free
Geek is dedicated to helping create a sustainable society by emphasizing
the core mantra of "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle".
</p><p>
We understand that sustainable living practices cut across all disiplines
and
aggressive development can have a serious negative impact on the Earth.
Try/on Life Community Farm, on the other hand, is working to sustain the
land
while educating adults and children about the connection between
environmental and human health.  We support Try/on Life Community Farm,
as it
is a great, local grassroots effort to reduce the impact of sprawling
urban
development in a fun and healthy environment.
