I really liked learning about the soil even though I was scared of the bugs I liked learning about them. I never knew that we eat dirt every day. Thank you for opening your home to us.
Dear Tryon Community,
Thank you for inviting us to your farm. I really enjoyed learning about cobbing and worms. It was also fun to learn that we are made up from animal poop! I thought that that was very interesting. I would also like you thank you for inviting us inside your house for lunch and also for playing the salmon game with us. You taught me a lot so I would like to help out by writing letters to keep your farm there, instead of turning the land into 23 luxery mansions. I think that it would be a waste of land if they do that. I think that I am also going to tell my friends to write letters about that too.
Thank you so much.

Dear Tryon Farms,
Thanks SO MUCH for letting us come and make a bench. It was AWESOME! That discussion we had about soil was great too. I never really thought about dirt before.
P.S. Jan told me that you guys might show these letters to whoever is trying to pave over the farm. If they happen to be reading this, I just want to say DON'T DO IT! This farm is more important and sustainable than a highway or parking lot or whatever you're going to build.
