Next monthly session: Sunday, November 19, 10am - 4pm.

Please review and distribute the following:

Draft summary of goals and programs (MS Word or HTML), v.2 November 2006
Draft land plan (full SVG or PNG image or PNG with aerial background), v.1 August 2006.
Draft overview of functions (MS Word or HTML), v.1 August 2006
We also are conducting feedback interviews with allies and partners, based on these survey questions, as part of our iterative design process.

Overview of various approaches to organization: standard non-profit, grassroots movement, agile ecologies. (30)
Brainstorm tactics for achieving goals: how do we get there from here? (45)
Assessment approaches: what do we need to be tracking to measure progress? (45)
Outline phasing of plan: what measurable tactical goals achieved by when? (60)

We are community and conservation working together.

Weekly Schedule:

Sunday: (Self-organized) Family Picnics.  Open to the public from 11-4:30 to drop in, enjoy the land, bring games, picnics, etc.
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: Scheduled class visits and events 
Wednesday: Scheduled class visits and events 
Thursday: Garden Work Parties. Open to the public from 11-4:30 to drop in, join the garden work party or take a self-guided tour.
Friday: Scheduled class visits and events 
Saturday: Natural Building Work Parties.  Open to the public from 11-4:30 to drop in, join the building work party or take a self-guided tour.
